For a while, we were repeatedly dumped right after Valentine’s Day, and the gifts — or sometimes lack of gifts — reflected the intentions of our then-boyfriends. But we can turn a tale of heartbreak and disappointment into a trip for two to Aruba, thanks to a giveaway from The Gift Insider!
Simply “like” The Gift Insider on Facebook, enter some basic information and share your tale about the worst Valentine’s Day gift you’ve ever received and why you deserve the trip by March 12, 2012. Ten finalists will be chosen, and two grand prize winners will be chosen by an online vote held March 13–17. One vote is allowed per person per day.
On March 18, four winners will be announced. Two winners will each receive a trip for two to Aruba, with round-trip airfare, a four-night stay at the Aruba Marriott & Stellarios Casino, a reserved daily cabana at the H2Oasis adults-only pool and $100 resort credit that can be used at the casino, toward a massage or for cabana bottle service. Two runners-up will receive the same gift package, sans airfare.
